Khawaja Saad Rafique’s response on Mubashar Luqman’s criticism.
He said when i become minister i did not give anything to anyone in my constitution. He said when railway came to me that was in loss but now railway is working good. He said but according to Mubashir Luqman we are thief, because we are giving profit to Pakistan.
