Sanjay Kothari, chairman of the Public Enterprises Selection Board, has been appointed secretary and senior journalist Ashok Malik press secretary to President-elect Ram Nath Kovind. Senior Gujarat-cadre forest service officer Bharat Lal will be joint secretary to Kovind, said an order issued by DoPT.
