Authorities at a toll plaza on the Agra-Delhi National Highway 2 have filed a complaint against six police personnel of Mathura, including a circle officer, for allegedly manhandling their staff and looting Rs 40,000 in cash from them. According to Assistant manager of the plaza OP, the incident occurred between 11.45pm and 1am.
