Haryana and Punjab are on maximum alert ahead of the court judgement in a sexual exploitation case against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh on August 25. Section 144 has been imposed in sensitive areas and police and paramilitary forces have been deployed to maintain law and order, even as Dera followers streamed into areas adjoining Chandigarh.
