Centre not in a position to waive loans: Union minister Arjun Ram Meghwal

The Centre has no plans to offer debt waiver to farmers in the country and respective states can take a call depending on their own budget, Union minister of state for finance and corporate affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal said on Sunday.
