Congress: BJP trying to shift goalpost by talking about doubling farm income

A day after MP chief minister Shivraj Chouhan’s fast over Mandsaur killings and Maharashtra’s loan waiver, AICC general secretary C P Joshi said farmers’ agitations across states showed that Modi government’s policies over three years had sent agriculture to the ICU. He said Congress will intensify its coordination with other parties to “raise awareness” on the issue.
