    Assam CM meets PM Modi, seeks Centre's help to build road-cum-embankments

    Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Tuesday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi and requested him to launch ‘Prime Minister’s Special Programme for Flood and Erosion Control’ for developing road-cum-embankments stretching 5,000 km.
