In a bid to check the rampant fudging of faculty records in medical colleges, the Medical Council of India (MCI) has decided to start biometric attendance, linked to Adhaar Cards, in all Medical Colleges across the nation. The systems would be in place by mid of Aug in all government and private colleges.
