
The Supreme Court on Wednesday appointed a panel of its two retired judges to examine 241 anti-Sikh riot cases of 1984, which were closed by a Special Investigating Team (SIT) after conducting a probe to ensure that no accused got scot-free for indulging in the heinous offence.
