Ohh Dilpreeto is the latest in a line of parodies and covers by Indian artistes that are going viral on the internet. Boston-based IndianRaga’s classical music covers of Shape of You (Ed Sheeran) and Cheap Thrills (Sia) have clocked a total of more than 18 lakh views on YouTube. Mahesh Raghvan’s classical cover of Despacito, featuring the flute and veena notes created on Apple app GeoShred, has been viewed more than 15 lakh times since it was uploaded in June.
