Details about the type of university:
According to the news reported by Jang, it is going to be an Engineering and Technology University. It will be named as Pak University of Engineering And Technolgy.
The Federal Govt has kept Rs 2 billion in the budget 2020-21 for this university.
The political aspect:
After announcing the project in 2018, the PTI Govt has been under immense trolling by the opposition and had to face the jabs like “So when are you converting the PM house into a university”
