The PTI government has saved 28.5 billion in the national exchequer in a span of two and a half years.
A total of 28.5 billion has been saved in the last two and a half years of the current government.
According to the report, the government saved about 1.5 billion, or Rs 248 billion, in Karke, while the government’s savings in the LNG sector stood at 3 billion, or Rs 500 billion.
The government has saved the national exchequer 24 billion, or Rs 4,000 billion, after new agreements with IPPs and projects to sell cheap electricity.
The total savings amount to about 28 billion, which is more than Cambodia’s total GDP in 2020.
