Following the order of the Supreme Court, the Prime Minister approved the establishment of 120 new accountability courts, the Ministry of Law said
According to the report of the news agency, Prime Minister Imran Khan has formally approved the establishment of 120 new accountability courts for speedy decision on cases pending for years, for which Imran Khan has appointed Finance Division and Establishment Division. Has also been directed to cooperate fully.
A spokesman for the law ministry said that the establishment of new accountability courts was being made possible in stages. The reason for making the establishment of new accountability courts possible in stages was financial difficulties. Courts will be formed.
In addition, Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved in principle the establishment of separate courts for pending abuse cases in the country. The Prime Minister directed the Law Ministry to submit a comprehensive plan in this regard soon after consulting the concerned authorities.
